About AskThis

AskThis started as a simple idea: most websites already contain the answer a visitor is looking for, it's just hard to find. Instead of making people click through menus and search results, AskThis lets them ask directly and get pointed to the right place.

How it works

A short snippet on your site lets AskThis read your public pages - the same content any visitor could already see. When someone asks a question, it looks for the closest match in that content and shows them the answer, with a link back to the source page.

Who it's for

Small sites and product pages that get repeat questions - pricing, shipping, how something works - benefit the most: visitors get an instant answer instead of hunting for it, and you get a shorter list of the same emails.

What it isn't

AskThis only answers from your own published content. It doesn't make things up, and it doesn't replace a real support channel for anything that isn't already written down on your site.
